You can get PB&J doughnuts in NYC. There's this place right on the edge of the East Village that does them.

Are you doing this to enhance his culinary existence, or because you like proving him wrong? :p

No, I'm doing it because now he knows where to get the things he wants!

Neither of the two links are relevant, so it must not be either!

In the first case, I have to make it myself. That's not the point.

In the second case, it's an 8 year old article, and frozen yoghurt anyway.

Back to square one.

Actually, there was this really nifty donut store in Westwood that sold exactly those kinds of donuts.

They also sold a peanut butter and chocolate and banana donut that was to die for.

Unfortunately, the Health Department shut them down....

I've got one for ya....
Chocolate wasabi ice cream.

I've had it and, shockingly, the two flavors meld quite well together.

They have other weird and off-the-wall flavors at this place too. I don't recommend the olive oil and sea salt ice cream. *shudder* Bleh. I do recommend the above-mentioned chocolate wasabi, though only in VERY small amounts. I also highly recommend their white chocolate chai ice cream and the pear lychee. Mmmm....

It's called Scoops, just a little hole in the wall place on Heliotrope around the corner from LA City College. Let me know if you go!

Maybe this will help:

http://www.stansdoughnuts.com/peanutbutter.html

There used to be a place in S. Phila that made them and they were to die for. Literally, the baker/ owner died and they closed down his store about 10 years ago. I haven’t seen one since but this Stan’s bakery is in CA but I don’t know where exactly.
