On Aug 14th, you left info notice 923229950207. I called the next day, Aug. 15th, and requested the packages be delivered to an alternate address. Rather than do this, the package center elected to, for no particular reason, put the packes on 'will call'. I did not request this, did not want this - it's the opposite of what I requested. There's no reason for this - only one delivery attempt was made.
Today, Aug. 18th, four days after initial delivery attempt, I found out about this snarl. The package center in Van Nuys contacted me and told me they will not deliver again until Monday. I requested that they deliver to my home address on Saturday. They said they couldn't do it, and I should call customer service. I called customer service, and they said they cant' do it, and I had to talk to the package center in Van Nuys again!
I am furious. You made a mistake, and as a result, my packages are going to be late by a WEEK. I just want UPS to make good on the delivery, and deliver it to my house on Saturday. Fed Ex would do it, USPS would do it - it's only UPS that refuses to leave a package or deliver on Saturday. Further, your customer service people are passing the blame back and forth between each other, but no one is solving the problem.
This is why I hate dealing with UPS and always request some other shipper, and will continue to request some other shipper.
Whatever you have to do - please be sure my packages are delivered to my house at xxxx xxxxxx Ave, Encino, CA 91316 on Saturday, August 19th.
If you can not do that, you should be ashamed of yourselves for refusing to make good on customers with problems caused by your own mistakes. But if you do not deliver on Saturday, please DO deliver on Monday, August 21st to xxxx, xxxx xxxxxx Ave 4th Floor, Santa Monica, CA 90404.
I am very dissatisfied with your performance and your willingness to correct your mistakes.
