monkey pirate

Brine Shrimp Jeebus

Oh miracle of miracles!

One of my Sea-monkeys has not only survived, but thrived. He's larger than any other sea-monkey I've ever seen, and zooms around the Explor-A-Sub with great aplomb. But here is where the miracle occurs....

He's no longer alone. There are several sea-monkey babies swimming around in there now, too! The coworker who killed the original sea-monkeys has ordered some sea-monkey "instant life" but it hasn't arrived yet. And yet, here today, there are little sea-monkeys, floating around in their briny little world. What has happened? Is the big one (I named him "Eric") actually a mama sea-monkey, who managed to impregnate herself just before all the others killed themselves in an orgy of over-eating? Has the sea-monkey rock rolled back, only to find the briny grave empty? Is it karma, and they are actually reincarnated from prior lives, right here on my desk, in my cube?

Simply stunning.
