Tracking results

Anyone have a recommendation on a good way to track weight-lifting? The CyberGym doesn't track freeweights all that well.

I mean, honestly, I think maybe a little memo-pad is the way to go, but if anyone else has some other good experiences or insights, I'm all ears.

I use an index card. One side is for upper body day, and the other is lower body day.
The index card is replaced when its hit points go negative.
